We had a lovely stay at the Palotel. The staff were absolutely excellent—friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The location is fantastic, with the beach, bars, and cafés all within easy walking distance. There is also a bus stop nearby, making it convenient to explore both the north/south/west of the island without any hassle. Overall, we had a lovely experience

The girls at reception were very friendly and super accessible, always willing to help, giving us advice on where to go for dinner, assisting with the timetable for ferries, and booking a cab. We wanted to stay an extra night and were super easy to deal with, very friendly. The lady in the kitchen was adorable, always smiling, greeting everyone, and suggesting the food. In general, good vibe in the hotel
