Harry at the front desk was very helpful. The bed was comfortable, the internet was strong, and there were many restaurants nearby, especially a Thai place that was amazing! The fridge made noise on and off all night, and a loud motorcycle roared by at 3 am. Traffic on the frontage road was fast and hard to get into.

The location was fine. The room I booked was a smoking room, and they changed it for me, but when I arrived the sheets had smoke holes in them, which was disgusting… So either they didn’t change it or used the wrong sheets, but either way it was unacceptable. I slept on the bottom of the bed. My sink had hair in it and on the counter in the bathroom, showing the room wasn’t cleaned properly, which is nasty. I didn’t even take a picture of the toilet, which looked like it hadn’t been flushed in a while. I had no other place to stay, which is why I stayed, but I’m writing this review because a stay shouldn’t be like this.

Location. I only stayed 1 night & was charged for 2 nights. I was never refunded for the second night I didn't stay. I even checked out earlier than my check out time on that 1 day. I called & called & called. I was told I would get my refund, that I prepaid for, Never Did!! A/C wasn't working properly, It was super outdated, I saw a roach, bed was uncomfortable, I was afraid to sleep there. Never Again!! Don't recommend at all!

The place works fine on paper, but the carpet was filthy, the sheets were stained and torn, and there was no ice available. It desperately needs an overhaul. The only redeeming factor was its location. The room was dirty, full of cockroaches, and the sheets were stained.
