“Location is great, but it should not be labeled as a 4 star hotel”
The breakfast offered was lacking in variety, with no yogurt and a heavy focus on fatty and sweet pastries such as cookies and cakes that don't fit the typical healthy breakfast found across most of the American continent. There was also no variety in artisanal bread and flaky pastries, no cheese or plain croissant, no cheese danish, no oatmeal, and no yogurt. Ironing was not available in the hotel; guests were forced to pay €2.50 per item, which is insane. The owners should visit America to see how a 3‑star hotel provides free irons in each room. There was no sign available to hang out outside with a “DO NOT DISTURB” notice.
