“Excellent”
I booked the hotel for my parents, and they were very satisfied, especially considering it’s one of the most expensive hotels in that area.

Everything was awesome, but a couple of staff members spoke Turkish through their noses, making them impossible to understand and coming across as arrogant; the Turkish coffee was undrinkable after they swapped the machines, and the beach club didn’t have enough loungers, so you had to stash your bag or towel early or risk losing a spot.
The place was overpriced.
The grounds are very clean and beautiful, yet on our third visit to Lujo we noticed prices had jumped sharply while the quality had dropped.

We had a wonderful 10-night stay at Lujo Hotel Bodrum. The hotel is beautiful, the service is excellent, and the entire resort is very well maintained. We especially enjoyed the beach, the restaurants, the quality of the food and the overall atmosphere. A very special thank you to Gulshat and Zhanna, who took amazing care of us throughout our stay. They were always kind, professional, attentive and ready to help with anything we needed. They truly made our stay even more enjoyable and deserve special recognition. We would be very happy to return to Lujo in the future. There was nothing significant that we disliked. Overall, we had a very positive experience
