Everything was perfect, nothing was missing.

Nothing was good. There are 6 rooms (double bed, on the 1st floor), only 2 common bathrooms, none were clean, the bed was broken, the bedsheets were dirty and even burnt, there was no door lock, the sofa was broken, poop was on the toilet seat, the geyser wasn’t working, an electric wire was exposed, cockroaches were present, the staff were uncooperative, and the location was bad as well.

Hot water was available, but we only got a single room even though the app had shown us 3 rooms.
