Bravo for the two people at the reception in the afternoon of 16 Oct. They were very kind and gave us plenty of advice for our weekend.

The hotel’s location was so convenient with many cafés, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby, making breakfast and lunch hassle‑free; it was also close to tram and bus stations, which made our stay very comfortable. Check‑in and check‑out were smooth and fast. The cinema, popcorn machine, and photo booth were cool, and a galley on every floor was a great idea. Free lockers after check‑out and before departure let us keep breakfast or run errands, adding to the enjoyment. The receptionists were extremely helpful when I asked how to reach Central Station for day trips. The room was always cleaned, the beds made, and the trash taken out. Our stay in Brussels was amazing, and the hotel was one of the main reasons. The absence of a minibar in the rooms was a bit disappointing, as it would have been better to have one for water and items we buy that need refrigeration.

The rooms were very quiet and the coffee was excellent, with high quality products overall. However, the layout of the corner with bread and butter felt a bit cramped, making it hard to get through when two people were in front of you, and the room got noisy during peak hours.
