The staff were very friendly and the location is great, but there was no closet to hang clothes, the internet didn’t work, the windows above lacked blackout curtains so light came in, the rate was extremely high, and the rooms should not have had any problems.

The staff service was good, but the bed was very low and the pillows were a bit too high.

The view was nice and it’s close to the airport, but that’s basically the only redeeming factor. The rooms are a major letdown for the price: no air conditioning keeps the room extremely hot during the day and only becomes bearable at night if you leave the sliding glass door open; thin doors and almost no soundproofing mean you hear every conversation and noise from neighboring rooms; a metal door by the propane tank constantly slams and bangs against the wall whenever the wind blows, audible all day and night; large dogs that look like St. Bernards are only about 40 feet behind the back patio through the tree line and bark nonstop; the suite was listed with a Jacuzzi as an amenity, yet staff tried to charge extra for it. I wouldn’t stay there again for what they charge per night for their units.

The place was super cute and clean with a great little private patio, close to stores and restaurants in a pretty mountain area, and the staff were the best I’ve seen on our whole trip to Colombia, especially Sarah who was super responsive, helpful, friendly, and even held our luggage for several days. The only downside was there was no coffee maker or washcloths in the room.

The place is very pretty, the chalets are well designed and everything looks perfect, and the staff are quick and friendly, but there are several problems: privacy is limited because neighboring chalets can see everything that happens on the sides; the most serious issue is that hot water didn’t work, we had to change several taps, fix the hot water for the shower and the jacuzzi, and finally we were moved to a different chalet for the second night. I would have liked to give this a 10, but after telling them I didn’t want problems with this issue, they couldn’t secure something so basic and essential. I leave this place sad, expecting more.
