I chatted with the staff over WhatsApp and everything went smoothly; the place is well‑located and comfy. However, parties on the 12th floor sometimes block the elevator for hotel guests, and the ground‑floor toilet was filthy.

The apartment was spacious and clean, and the breakfast at the restaurant was excellent.

The rooms were big, the spot was convenient, and the vibe felt modern. The Wi‑Fi was spotty and the breakfast choices were very limited.

The location works, the room was tidy, and the staff were friendly. The breakfast, though, was basic.

There were no lactose‑free foods available. The shower in my bathroom keeps leaking, leaving the room flooded.
