A warm welcome from Teresa and her nephew Nicolas made the first impression, and the little estate itself is pretty charming, just a short walk from Otrante. The only downside was that the breakfast could have been better.

The property is great with a spacious apartment and a patio for dining. The pool is lovely, and the breakfast served by the poolside is excellent.

The setting is exceptional and very quiet, ideal for visiting Puglia. The accommodation isn’t well sound‑proofed, and the breakfasts are mainly made from industrial products.

The property is surrounded by greenery and close to the best beaches in Salento. It’s super convenient for getting to Otranto. Perfect if you have a four‑legged friend. Teresa and her team’s welcome is an added value. It’s the ideal spot to relax and unwind.

The cleanliness, the owners and staff are friendly, the location is close to Castro and Otranto, the pool among the olive trees is peaceful. When we come back to this area we’ll book here without hesitation.
