The TV had no plug and couldn’t be turned on, the shower was cold with no hot water, and the toilet wouldn’t flush properly.

The receptionist was friendly, but I wish they’d put more effort into cleaning the entire hotel; stepping into the reception area was dirty and not very fragrant, and the bathroom was completely unclean—hygiene is a priority for me, and the hotel should really invest in keeping the place clean and smelling fresh.

The restaurant staff were very respectful and helpful, and the receptionist was eager to assist, but my room had a noticeable odor.

The place was clean, but it would have been nicer if they added a heater and a mat in front of the shower, and if they stocked broom, mop, and towels.

I liked the central location and the potential of the property to become a great hotel, but the lack of cleanliness and the high noise level were disappointing. The towels and pillowcases in our room were dirty, so we had to ask reception for clean ones, which was not what we expected from a hotel. The noise from other guests—whether they were partying, gathering outside, or making noise in their rooms—made it hard to relax and sleep. Parking was frustrating because some cars blocked the way, and the staff had to wake guests to move their vehicles; in one case they didn’t even know who the car belonged to, causing a significant delay. All of this made our stay more stressful than it should have been.
