“Struttura fatiscente”
The only positive thing about the property is its location just a few minutes on foot from the city center; the owner replies quickly to messages if you need anything. I can’t find any other positives—the building is dilapidated, there’s a terrible odor especially in the bathroom and kitchen, the kitchen is practically unusable because it’s so dirty, there’s no microwave, we were given only one towel and two people had to share a shower, the toilet continuously leaked dirty water, and the smell was unbearable. It’s better to spend a bit more for something better.
The accommodation was very good, spacious and clean, and it’s just a short walk from the city center. The parking is free and easy to access.

The manager was available and responded quickly, but there was a problem with the hot water in the shower: from arrival until bedtime there was no hot water, and in the morning the pressure was so low that the flow was almost negligible.

The place was clean and had tissues, a wardrobe, mirrors, shampoo, shower gel, a hairdryer, a tidy breakfast area, a refrigerator, a stove, and plenty of dishes. However, there was no footstep and there was a lot of noise from the stairs, the kitchen, and the bathroom fans, and the entrance felt a little scary.
