The offline price is much lower than the online price, so why bother using the app?

I booked the hotel for two nights from June 28 to June 30, but the room was terrible and filled with cockroaches and bed bugs. We arrived on the evening of June 28, 2026, paid the two‑day rent immediately, and after speaking with the manager we left the hotel. The experience was horrible, unlike any stay in India or abroad, and I had to find another hotel late at night at a high cost, causing a huge financial loss. Only one day’s rent was refunded. The room was unhealthy, full of insects that could destroy luggage, the bathroom was awful, and the bedsheets and towels were dirty. Please investigate this seriously and refund me the full amount plus extra to help me survive. Thanks and Regards, Gautam Roy Chowdhury.

It’s just a 15‑minute walk to the US Consulate, but driving a car to the hotel would have been hard; a car isn’t needed because it’s only 15 minutes from the Thousand Lights Metro Station.
