The location matched the description on the website. The breakfast was disappointing—no fruit, no eggs, no fresh fruit juice, no bread or toast. The minibar was missing even though it was listed for my room. I was told I’d be upgraded, but that never happened.

The bed was comfortable and the TV was great, but the place wasn’t very clean. On the last day of departure, one staff member was unfriendly and wouldn’t give an extra water bottle to the room.

The place was in a good spot, but it was very tired and the breakfast was terrible. The Wi‑Fi kept dropping you off, and the hotel refilled the water bottles every day in the rooms.

The staff were fine, but everything else was awful. The hotel felt cramped and dirty, the shower had a taped joint, the carpet was old, and the bed frame was smaller than the mattress. I left after one night instead of the planned three; it was a nightmare.
