There was an excellent and fabulous variety of food at breakfast, but using the pool required an extra fee and the Wi‑Fi was poor.

The spot was great for walking to Istanbul’s must‑see sites and the breakfast was excellent, yet the pool access cost 25 € per person per day, the air‑conditioning was unbearably cold no matter the setting, we slept with AC off and the window open to avoid outside noise, and a front desk staff member wouldn’t call a taxi for us to the airport, claiming a shuttle was far more expensive, even though we had stayed 7 nights there.

The location and reception were solid, but the pool was closed for several days and some breakfast items, like the fruit juice, were awful, though overall the offering was pretty good.
