“Company policy or hotel policy”
Love the pool, the staff and staff accomadation, the 2nd room,location.bedroom seclusion with door, roll out sofa. Weight room and pool was nice. Even tho they clean every other day staff supported and acco.odated. Refrigerator too small, only had 1 washer 1 dryer, pool filter wasnt working, big cockroach crawling up hallway wall, only clean rooms and give out towels every other day. first room had no wifi. Seems like higher company policies for dislikes. No complimentary breakfast

The location was great, the staff were very friendly, and the beds were comfortable. However, we booked two rooms and one shower was left unattended, the AC didn’t keep the room cool, and check‑in was slow because the staff were still training.

Satisfactory. It is just an old bathrooms with no exhaust. Nothing can be done, probably. Price is a bit higher for a old hotel
I checked out and was hit with an extra $37 that I only noticed after paying; the staff admitted it was an error and promised a refund, but it never returned to my card. On the bright side, the place was clean and well‑organized.
