I was pleased with the warm welcome, the friendly and attentive staff, and the generous breakfast buffet, and I liked the four pillows that were very plush, but the room felt old and poorly insulated, which was fine for just one night.

The staff were pleasant, the location was near a small park and close to shops and restaurants, but there was no air conditioning.

The staff were very polite, friendly and professional, we had one issue that was resolved quickly and to our complete satisfaction, the location was great, and the room was clean.

The location was good, but after we checked in we only spent 5 minutes in the room before cancelling the booking at no cost because it was extremely dirty, especially the bed, the mattress sagged a lot, and the heat was unbearable; two months later the hotel still hasn't refunded the room fee, and the reception staff were no better than the overall cleanliness of the place.
