I liked the spot—just a 10‑minute walk from the Coex convention center—but the rooms were old and cramped, though still fairly clean. The staff were polite, yet many didn’t speak English even for simple things. In the room, a toothbrush and toothpaste were sold (I’d expect those free in a four‑star hotel).
