One day the toilet was dirty, the bathroom fan was broken, and staff were unfriendly when I pointed out the issues.

The breakfast room was fine, but the outdoor terrace was very poorly maintained: broken table panels, broken plant pots, an unkempt plastic pond, a defective beverage machine and a broken water dispenser, and the whole area was messy.
