The place, food, service and location were all great, but the room door locks were faulty and the door itself was too old.

The atmosphere was great and the staff were friendly, yet there were rats in the room, and the management knew about it but still refused to take any action.

The view from the resort was nice, but after booking a cab the driver could not reach the resort gate because the private cab drivers had blocked it, and the reception offered no help.
