“Clean, comfortable and in a central location.”

Opposite the train station and just off High St. The room was small but quite comfortable. Having access to the kitchen, especially the fridge, was very useful. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. This guest house has lots of positives. Station Rd is a main road for entering Keynsham and I’m unused to living close to a busy road; the traffic disturbed my sleep after 4:00 am.

“Avoid like the plague”

I left right after checking in because the rooms were filthy—hair everywhere and stains on the beds. When I pointed it out, the staff was extremely rude and wouldn’t refund us; we’re still trying to get our money back.

“Train side”

Nice spot to stay, and I’d come back. It’s just across from the train station and a 2‑minute walk to the town centre, making it perfect for heading to Bristol. A little traffic noise, but that’s expected near the station and main road, and it quieted down by evening.

“A good, well-priced place to stay, very close to transport and town centre.”

The place sits directly opposite Keynsham Railway Station, with bus stops just outside and the High Street a few minutes away, which was great. The Guest House itself was tidy, comfy, and quiet; I liked staying on the top floor. The room and bathroom were clean, warm, and cozy, and there was plenty of tea and coffee. The top window opened for ventilation, which mattered. Breakfast wasn’t offered, but the kitchen was available, which was handy. Overall, a good stay. The front door’s lock was stiff and hard to open, which strained my wrist a few times; the owner admitted it wasn’t easy, and I think guests shouldn’t have to struggle to get in—this should be fixed.
