Communication was outstanding, always very attentive. The location is very good, about a 20‑minute walk from the Vatican. The cistern button didn’t work well; it stayed stuck.

The area is very quiet, well connected by public transport—including direct airport shuttles—and full of amenities! The staff are very kind, the room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. Absolutely recommended.
