The location is great and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The first floor has no elevator, so it was a bit difficult with a small child.

The room is very beautiful and welcoming in terms of cleanliness and décor. The strategic location let us visit Naples’ attractions in the shortest time possible and eat at nearby restaurants and street food. Cleanliness is excellent; the owner’s hospitality and availability are outstanding! A couple of shortcomings: 1. There was no regular coffee or a machine to make it; they only offered instant, which isn’t very good. 2. Unfortunately, the sound from the pubs below, which stay full until late, isn’t isolated; even with everything closed, it was quite audible from the room.

“Too expensive for what it offers”

The bed was comfy, but the sofa for the third person didn’t fit and was uncomfortable. The location was good, though. The staff didn’t tell us about the extra fee for late check‑in even after we mentioned we’d arrive at 19:00 after a road trip. Their policy says free check‑in is from 09:30 to 18:30, so we had to pay an extra 35 € at 19:00. The right person should have warned us ahead; if I’d known, I could have arrived earlier and avoided the charge. We also asked for an extra bed because the room seemed able to accommodate a third person, but the room was extremely small. We ended up paying 155 € for a night for a room that wasn’t worth that price. Another issue was the shelf in the shower, which was dirty with hair on it.
