The water was cold—expect no hot shower. We tried several times and it was only lukewarm at best with no water pressure. Items like coffee condiments and soaps were left open and oddly positioned, raising doubts about the room’s cleanliness. The blanket felt like a glorified sheet, so if you’re cold don’t expect warmth. We paid $600 for a last‑minute “luxury” room, but it was not luxurious at all. A door linked to another room, and from 6am to 10am we heard kids screaming and chaos. Horrible experience.

“Way overpriced”

We didn’t need to leave, and the food options were plentiful and great, but our room was freezing and there were no extra blankets.

“The town was very quiet when we had our stay and not much to do but the hotel itself was very clean and comfortable! Che”

The rooms were spotless and cozy, and the price was a great deal. However, the receptionist and a security guard came off as rude—maybe they thought we were Aussie, but I’m not sure. I did talk to other staff who were friendly, though.
