First, thanks to Mrs. Martina for her very cooperative and kind hospitality, always ahead in the services offered. Thank you very much to the hotel for the kids—it’s very nice, and the water games are varied, large, and suitable for all ages. The outdoor courtyard and pool are clean, the beach is clean and served. The bed needs mattress renewal, the reception smell could be better, perhaps with a better food scent. I’d rate it 7 out of 10 overall, and desserts in general 5 out of 10.

The entire hotel, the sea view, the pools, the rooms, the reception and the follow‑up were all great, and there was nothing negative.

“Disappointing”

It’s good for kids, but definitely not worth the money. The price on the booking site is about three times higher than agencies. The hotel might suit some guests but doesn’t compare to other Sahl Hasheesh hotels in the same price range. The food is all processed, nothing of good quality; the juices are syrups, the meat comes from a supermarket, and the desserts are low‑quality cakes. The rooms are low quality. The pools and hotel style feel commercial. The beach is very shallow, and you have to walk 200–300 m to reach swim‑able water, which is then nice for snorkeling. We didn’t like anything about our stay. It can be good for kids because it has an aqua park, games, arcades, and a lot of activities for children. I only see it as suitable for a family booking through an agency.

The hotel is excellent, a great effort from Ms. Heba, who was always ready to help overcome any obstacles, and all the reception staff—Bimen, Alaa, Omar—are cooperative. The housekeeping was helpful, and the stay was wonderful.
