Hi, my name is Branca, from my cousin Rosana. We arrived on 15/09/2026, stayed for 10 days, and actually stayed until 13/10/2026. We loved everything; what made it special were Ana, Ivana, and Federica—highly recommend, a heart ❤️ for Ana. The room and location were great, breakfast was good, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the key access for the courtyard‑facing door and the main street door was unavailable; an employee had to open it each time. The espresso at breakfast was a little sour, but the service was excellent.
