The hotel had a clean, newly renovated look, but I was on the side that couldn't see Mt. Fuji.

There was basically nothing good about the place. First, there was no parking and we were shuffled around to various nearby shops to leave our car, which was bizarre. Breakfast was so overcrowded that we couldn’t eat calmly. It was a terrible hotel experience.

The fact that the room offered VOD was a plus, as was the presence of an air‑purifier and an LED desk lamp. However, WOW WOW doesn’t provide many worthwhile programmes, so I’d like to see the VOD library expanded, and unlike the Suzuno Interchange location, there was no ice‑maker available.

The semi‑double bed was comfortable. The only downside was that the hallway was hard to get through.
