Both breakfast and dinner served fish dishes so delicious we couldn’t finish them, a real treat for anyone who loves fish, and we were lucky enough to watch fireworks right outside our window each night during the Obon season.

The private open‑air bath was too small to be comfortable for two people, though the complimentary beer was appreciated and the meals were overly large, while it would have been nice to have cold drinks other than beer at the drink bar.
