“Fantastisch”
The staff were friendly, the room spacious, and the breakfast buffet and restaurant food were delicious. The ice menu is definitely worth trying. Visiting the ice hotel itself was an amazing experience. Nothing negative at all.

Great location near the Icehotel. Nice room with a bathroom in the cabin by the Icehotel. Good beds, friendly service, and good breakfast. Free entry to the Icehotel, which was an incredible (and cold!) experience. Fantastic dinner at the hotel’s restaurant! We were satisfied with everything.
Wonderful accommodation, comfortable beds, well equipped, fresh, quick response for a forgotten bag ❤️. The only downside was that there were no more than 2 hooks for towels in the toilet – when the cabin is for 4 people – and nothing to hang or put clothes on in the small room.

It was a convenient stop when heading north and a good way to skip Kiruna. The rooms are roomy, well equipped, a bit dated, but clean and comfortable. The IceHotel365 is worth a visit, though it is really cold! :-) The restaurant was nice, service outstanding, and breakfast was also good.
canceled our reservation unexpectedly and refused to give us the same price when we rebooked. The hotel matched the price and delivered a very comfortable cabin for a full family with excellent breakfast. It is evident that Ice Hotel care about their guests. Only thing I can think of is that the bunk beds were small for grownups (when trying to put kids to sleep), but the children slept very well once put to sleep
