The hotel’s location is excellent and everything looks clean, but we received a room that we did not book and it was not swapped.

The food was exceptional, but the housekeeping staff ignored the “Don’t Disturb” sign and entered the room without knocking, and the hotel staff were rude during checkout.

The hotel’s location is very central, the facilities, the pool, and the breakfast food were excellent, and the staff were very friendly. Room cleanliness and maintenance could improve a bit, but otherwise it was great!
