extremely helpful staff. nothing was too much for them . breakfast was lovely. all cooked fresh. it could do with being a little updated. maybe freshly painted but thats only a little negative as we would stay again

“Short break in Skegness”

The location was excellent, the staff brilliant, breakfast superb, and the evening meal lovely if you need it, all at a good price. A great place for a short break in Skegness – this was our second stay here and we’ll return next year. There was nothing to dislike.

“Friendly value for money excellent small hotel”

We booked an overnight stay at Clumber House because we were heading to a show at the Embassy Theatre. The owner and his son welcomed us warmly and checked us in quickly. The atmosphere felt very friendly and homely. Our room was spotless and had a very good en‑suite. The bed was very comfortable and the fridge was a useful asset, along with plenty of tea, coffee and milk. In the morning we were treated to a delicious full English breakfast with plenty of toast, tea or coffee, cereals, fruit and yoghurts if desired. This is a very friendly family‑run hotel. It’s not far from Skegness centre and is very reasonably priced for the excellent service we received – so good that we’ve already booked to return in November for another show at the Embassy Theatre. There was nothing that could have made this a better night.
