The suite offers garden views from its interior space. It includes a bedroom with one bed, a seating area with a fireplace, and a private bathroom equipped with a shower and a hair‑dryer. Additional amenities are sound‑proof walls, a minibar, a tea and coffee maker, and a flat‑screen satellite TV; the room sleeps three guests and a crib is available.
The staff were friendly and the location was great.

Everything was perfect, the professionals were well‑trained, and it was a pleasure to stay at this wonderful hotel. ❤️
The rooms are spacious (two floors), the views are great, and the staff were courteous, yet the cleanliness was lacking: upon arrival one of the bed chairs had shoe prints, some towels were worn, frayed, and stained, the bathroom had a mild pipe smell, and there was no shower gel—whenever we requested it via WhatsApp or left paper notes each day, it never appeared and we had to shower with shampoo. We do not recommend taking the airport transfer with the hotel’s “Capadocia transfer” company; the pickup at 9:30 was 25 minutes late, the driver said he was waiting for more passengers but the vehicle was empty, and we ended up picking up other guests from different hotels, even though a passenger asked if more pickups were needed and was repeatedly told no, which turned out to be false. We finished at the company office waiting for another passenger, arriving less than 30 minutes before the scheduled flight, and all passengers were tense. We sent a complaint to the hotel via WhatsApp because they handled the transfer and wanted them to be aware, but they did not respond (during our stay they usually replied immediately to WhatsApp messages).

The sauna was a pleasant surprise at the end of our huge suite, and the dinner prices were reasonable.
The place is amazing and the staff were very helpful, but the many steps make it unsuitable for people with mobility issues to stay on the lower floors.
