The hotel is very pretty, but the service is poor, it doesn’t live up to a five‑star standard, and there were no towels available and they didn’t set up the room.

The best thing was the location and the excellent staff. The hotel is overpriced; it’s not a five‑star property and shows obvious signs of a recent remodel. The bidet doesn’t work, the handles are broken, there are ceramic tiles on the walls. The white linens (towels) in the bedroom are low quality. In the spa the towels were torn and the robes were small. The wet‑room lacks handles (it doesn’t close and cuts off), showers have incomplete handles. There are paint and moisture issues on the second floor. It’s a shame because it’s in a beautiful area. The building is huge, but the price, services, and quality don’t match; it’s too expensive for a non‑five‑star hotel.

The location and surroundings of the hotel were great. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the breakfast was well stocked.

Nice spot and good breakfast quality, but there was no parking at the hotel and the heated pool lockers were small.
