The location was spot on, right in the heart of town. The shower had no stand, leaked onto the floor, and the room lacked any info about amenities, like the Wi‑Fi code.

“Muy pero que muy sucio!”

The best parts were the air conditioning, easy key access, and location. The cleanliness was zero and there were a lot of bugs. The floor hadn't even been swept; there were hairs on the floor and the bed. The building is very old but the bugs crawl with you up the stairs. The sink was dirty, the cabinet was dirty, the walls were dirty, and there were damp bugs moving in the bathroom—made me feel sick to sleep. The room was tiny, the wardrobe only opened one door because the other hit the bed, and the suitcase could only be opened on the floor and you couldn't even get it in the door. The worst was the dirt and bugs everywhere. The good was the location, the AC, and the shower was hot.

“Perfetta la posizione ma molto rumoroso”

The apartment is in the city center but on a quiet street where you don't hear noise, and it's close to a parking lot. It has air conditioning. The room had no windows in either the bedroom or bathroom, and above the door a translucent panel let in morning light or someone turning on the light. Plus three other rooms let you hear everything the other guests do, so if someone returns late you wake up. We had to ask the neighbor how to get in because nothing was told and they didn't answer the phone. These things need improvement.
