“It was a terrible experience. I will tell everyone I know to stay away from this place”
The room was spacious. I got there tired aafter 2 am. They put me in room 309. I got in and noticed a terrible smell in Room 309. I complained and they moved me to room 303.then I noticed that that one also had a terrible smell too. I could not sleep well. I got down to return my key and noticed that the porter had written down on a sticky note that 303 and 309 had terrible smell. So why on earth will you do that to any customer? My money should be REFUNDED!
clean and affordable. na
“Phenomenal”
I love everything about the property. Beds are very cosy and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Ms.Tina the general manger was is highly exceptional. She needs a RAISE
Customer service was exceptional. Attentive and went the extra mile to help. Toilet needed adjustment and water ran unnecessarily. When I told the staff about the problem, they were right on it. I was impressed!
I have a great stay. I found a roach in the room
