Everything was great!!! The room was stunning. The staff were friendly. Cleanliness was perfect. The robes and towels were new and clean. Breakfasts were hearty and tasty. There was a wide selection of dishes, pastries, and drinks. The pool and sauna were also enjoyable. The hotel is in the city center, close to the central fountain. The water was Naphtha, which was also available at the hotel and that’s a big plus. I’m very satisfied, so I hope to come back soon for a holiday. Thank you ❤️ for the service. The only thing I missed was a conditioner in the room… it was a bit hot at night, opening the window didn’t help. The fan was humming… that was the only downside.

The place was fantastic, just a stone's throw from the buffet, clean with daily housekeeping, and towels were swapped on the third day. The pool and jacuzzi were nice, and I could pick a convenient time—when I went at 5 pm, it was almost empty. The mattress was comfortable, but the bed itself creaked loudly. Reception always listened to requests and offered procedures. The free transfer was only to the sanatorium. The outlet placement was frustrating: to use the kettle I had to move it from the table to the bedside table, shift that, and then plug it in. There was no outlet near the vanity, so to power the hair straightener I had to move the fridge because the outlet was behind it. That was the biggest inconvenience. After that, I stopped noticing the squeaky floor and the mold on the bathroom ceiling. The exhaust fan turned on with the light, ran for a few seconds, then shut off, but it was still noisy. For those who value silence, the room I stayed in was not suitable. It’s close to the restaurant; when the window is open, you constantly hear clattering dishes and the exhaust fan. Personally, that didn't bother me because the room was small. The diet food was a plus, but the breakfasts were bland and unsatisfying. It doesn't live up to a four‑star level. Also, there was no coffee machine; instead, they offered pre‑made brewed coffee.
