The location was perfect, the decor gorgeous, the staff friendly and helpful, and the bar area lovely. Nothing was missing; everything was great.

The service and cleanliness stood out, with staff everywhere being excellent and friendly. I especially want to thank the front desk team (especially Charlotte), the kitchen and bar crew (especially John and Pavio [Pouya?]), and the housekeeping staff. The hotel’s location was convenient for many main sights, unlike previous stays where I chose a hotel on the opposite side of the city near Piazza del Popolo. My room was a bit small but fine for one person, and overall it was very pleasant.

The whole staff acted very professionally and you could tell they really put the guest first, the breakfast was among the best I’ve had and the location let us walk everywhere we needed.
