The staff were incredibly friendly and courteous, and the room was spotless and cozy, but the price was steep and the food was just mediocre.

Absolutely everything The style is beautiful and the hotel is extremely clean. Parking is a breeze, and valet is available. Customer service is wonderful and unpretentious, I enjoyed being greeted by Jacob in the hall on my way for my morning coffee! Location is top-notch that alone is a reason to stay here. Plenty of entertainment around, walking distance to the historic shops and next-door to the train station. Rooms are clean and the beds are actually comfortable. Food options are endless, without you even needing to leave the hotel. The adjacent food hall is next level convenience. Plus the hotel restaurant is good ! I’m not really big on reviews but this establishment 100% deserved it. Thank you for exceeding my expectations and showing me that customer service isn’t dead

The hotel is beautiful, clean, and modern, and I loved that the train stops right behind the building and only two stops away from DFW, but everything was perfect!
