The staff were friendly, but the noise and light at night were overwhelming, with many transient guests walking around the property and making noise.

The bed was comfortable and had air conditioning, so if you’re just looking for a place to sleep for a night you could do worse, but the rooms smelled of old cigarette butts, the sheets were cleaned but stained, the washroom was clean, and the ceiling needs to be redone.

The building was dilapidated and lifeless, and the entire structure needs to be renovated; the furnishings were worn and damaged.

The new tiles, air conditioner, TV, and card table were nice, and the fridge was a good size with a microwave that fit our coffee cups for reheating, but our room had a blanket that slipped off the bed many times each night, the pillows were too small and we asked for more but didn’t receive any, the room had silverfish, a huge argument between staff required police, and we didn’t feel safe with a guest who ranted, swore, slammed doors, yelled at other guests, was aggressive, and nothing was done about it; we called the front desk many times to address the situation and kept getting hung up on.

The location and price were good, but the bed was terrible, there was mold in the bathroom, and the shower itself was very bad.
