Basic but tidy, with helpful staff and decent food.
The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were courteous. The breakfast was almost nonexistent for non‑Indonesians; only chicken and rice were available.
“Comfy rooms”
The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable, and the location was close to the main town. On the first day, the front‑desk staff member was very unhelpful when we asked for a driver or taxi to visit the Liang Bua Cave; even after we tried Google Translate, she claimed she knew no drivers, taxis, or their numbers and didn’t even attempt to find any. As a hospitality professional, I expected at least a try. The next day we found a driver ourselves and told another front‑desk staff member so they could refer guests in the future. Breakfast offered six types of nasi goreng, but we chose to eat out.
