The room was clean and the amenities were sufficient. The TV remote was confusing: the channel and volume buttons worked quickly, but when I tried to use the VOD, it didn’t respond well and wouldn’t stay on the channel I wanted, so I eventually gave up and just watched TV. Disappointing.

部屋設備全てが綺麗でまったく申し分ないです。. 部屋のソファーが一部小さく破れがあった。 チェクインの9時がもう１時間早くなると申し分ないです。

朝食が４時までの対応だったのですが、４時過ぎて頼んでも問題なくデリバリーしてくれた点はありがたいです。. 朝食デリバリーの時間厳守が午前４時であれば、チェックイン時に一言言っていただければ良かったのにと思いました。

One of the most spacious hotel rooms I’ve seen in Japan, with two check‑in and two hand‑carry bags that could be opened, and even the toilet and big shower had their own rooms each. The room was clean, and the bed was soft and comfortable. There is free parking on site. Overall, great value for the cost. Don’t be deterred by the fact that it is a love hotel—it has all the facilities of a normal hotel, and the lobby staff were friendly and helpful at check‑in. Breakfast included was not delicious but enough to keep us full until we left for the next stop.

We booked spontaneously on the same day. I didn’t even notice it was a love hotel until the extra charge at check‑in after 9 pm. After paying, we had a completely positive stay and a great experience. Check‑in is extremely discreet and almost contactless. The room blew us away—very stylish, spotless, with a huge bed, a large couch, a private onsen area, and a separate toilet. There are countless gadgets and toiletries from face masks to toothbrushes, even a beverage vending machine in the room, and breakfast is brought to the room. The location is also top, just a few meters from the shore with a beautiful view of Lake Biwa. We would book the hotel again immediately. In short, there was absolutely nothing to complain about.
