The room was spacious with a nice bathtub. I found stains on my towels and a lot of dust on the bedding material. The front‑desk lady was quite unfriendly at one point; I wasn’t finished with my check‑in when I asked for a second card in the room for my boyfriend. She said I could come back later because she had other guests, but I was like, “Finish my check‑in first and do it correctly!”

The room and bedding were great, and the public parking right under the hotel made it easy to get into the city center. Breakfast was top‑not‑chopped, and the bathroom came with everything you could need—soap samples, cotton, a razor, and a magnifying mirror. The front desk was a bit underwhelming this time; we’re regulars and usually get a friendly French greeting, but this visit was no smile or language at all.

The rooms were clean and spacious. We weren’t told that the city would be closed to cars because of a foot race. We would never have booked this hotel if we had known (and the hotel didn’t inform us; I did receive an email two days before arrival but no mention of the city closure). I had to move the car outside the perimeter at 11 pm, walk 15 minutes in heels with a suitcase. We came to a Radisson for service, and I never liked that they treated us like pigeons.

De locatie was top voor mij. Ik ging namelijk voor Dwars door Hasselt en de start lag op 600m van het hotel. Het personeel was vriendelijk en hebben mij goed verder geholpen. Het bes op de kamer was gigantisch wat ook wel is fijn is als je alleen bent!. Ik vond de kamer een beetje outdated. De badkamer vooral. Alles was zeker aanwezig maar je merkte dat het wat aan de oudere kant was. Ook miste ik de kans om iets te streamen het was enkel kabel tv. Er waren ook bepaalde plekken waar ik lichtpuntjes miste
