The room is very beautiful, spacious, and the property looks great. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by the fact that access to the pool was an extra cost, which wasn’t clear at the time of booking. We received a message about the pool/spa fees after we had already paid. What disappointed us most was how the situation was handled after we raised the issue. We were only offered free access to the pool, spa, and jacuzzi after we had already left the property, at which point that solution was useless. We would have appreciated a simple, fair gesture such as a refund of the 150 lei we paid for pool access. For a property of this level, the amount isn’t significant, but it would have shown goodwill and respect for the client, especially since we never got to use the facilities that were later offered for free. Other than that, the location is gorgeous and we liked the room a lot. That’s why it’s a shame how the situation was handled left a bitter taste. The pool access was an extra cost, even though it was listed in the amenities. Communication with the staff was difficult; when cleaning was done—just a change of bed linen—trash bins weren’t emptied (even though it’s specified that linen changes every two days, we had to ask and it was only done a day before departure). We had to ask for toilet paper when it ran out, which was quite embarrassing. We chose this accommodation for its facilities: pool, playground, and we paid 3,538€ for a double room, which we said was worth it. Unfortunately, they charge separately. Still, we give the room a solid 8 for its beauty.

Quiet location. Reception works all night. Staff are kind. The hotel is calm and clean.
