Hotel No Que No

“Un hotel muy agradable para descansar o relajarse.”

It is a small but very comfortable, safe and welcoming hotel. The staff are quite friendly and attended us very well. My room was very clean and of good size, just a step from the pool; that was very convenient because I was traveling with a child who loves to swim and could watch him perfectly, even from the room. Also there is restaurant service to the hotel. We booked rooms 3 and 4. Room 4 was perfect, but room 3 had a couple of details. It looked a bit more worn (although it was very clean), the bathroom mirror light didn't work, the switch was broken. The TV turned on but never displayed anything, it seemed misconfigured or the controls failed. We asked someone for help to call someone and assist us with that detail but no one came. By then it was already night (around 9 pm) so we didn't insist. That was the only detail.

I booked five separate reservations, but only one of them—my own for three rooms—was honored. The other two were for elderly companions who lost their bookings because the manager tried to contact them to cancel. He was extremely rude, responded insolently, and ultimately claimed he had “done a favor” by booking them at another hotel. The place was a motel called ONLY YOU, charging 200 pesos for 3 hrs plus three drinks, etc.; the nightly rate was 650.00. My companions had no choice but to stay there. I tried to contact him to get my money back since he processed the reservation through Booking, but he never replied. I have a copy of the motel receipt if you want it sent. The hotel manager never refunded the money and shamelessly insisted that the motel charged the same, contradicting the owner of ONLY YOU. I hope you can resolve this because Booking backs you and this also harms your business. Thank you in advance for your attention.

“MUY DECEPCIONADA!!”

Nothing I liked. I was told my room didn’t exist and sent to sleep at a motel. The worst part is that I got no refund, and I’m sure a motel is cheaper than a hotel.

“Fraude en Booking”

I couldn’t even stay. The place doesn’t exist. No one answered the contact number. The falsehood of what they offer is disconcerting.
