The staff were super friendly and everything was spotless, which was great. The pool was a bit chilly in the evenings, and I wish there were more menu options after dark. Overall, a nice stay with a few small hiccups.

The kids had a blast at the arcade, and the staff were consistently welcoming. The food was delicious, and the hotel offered plenty of fun activities, plus a shuttle to the slopes in the morning and afternoon.

If you’re looking for a club‑style vacation without the club, this place is perfect—thanks to the incredibly kind owners. We spent a week making memories: torch‑lit hikes in the snow, thermal baths in the snowstorm, tasty meals, and a fantastic kids’ activity hall. Huge shout‑out to the staff who handled everything flawlessly from start to finish.

The food and sports facilities were solid, but the hotel’s remote location means you need a car to reach the city. On the plus side, the quiet and peace are worth it.
