I liked the location, but the bathroom had no light even after I mentioned it at arrival. The shower head was broken, the tile wall was damaged and dirty, and I never saw a handyman.

The spot is great for beach and tram access. The room and bathroom are spacious, and there's a fridge and coffee machine. The place has potential, but it needs renovation and the cleaning isn't perfect.

The area is familiar and the location is excellent. Nothing really disappointed me. The toilet handle is loose and the shower area is very dim. Room 1.

Some lights didn't work (bathroom, living area), mold on the bathroom window, the entrance was very untidy, and there was noise between rooms.
