The location is amazing and the bed is comfortable, but the common areas and bedroom were very tired, and the heating relied on old electric panels that were hard to operate.

The location is good, just 2 minutes from the ferry, but the place looks shabby and needs repairs.

The location was fine, but there was no lift and the property could use some cosmetic work; the lounge offered was not very inviting.

The location and grand style proportions were appealing, but the lack of alcohol made it difficult to enjoy a relaxing drink with dinner or before bed.

The staff were friendly and the retro‑chic vibe was great, but a few pieces of equipment could use an upgrade.
