The breakfast felt a bit ordinary and the fruit selection was not very fresh.

The twin room was really spacious, and the shower was also very large, which was great.

The grand chancellor was really good; Grosvenor transferred us because they couldn’t get the lift working for two weeks, which seemed a bit poor in today’s circumstances.
