The location was good, close to the hospital. The room was very basic, with a damp smell. Every time the toilet was flushed or the tap ran, a loud droning noise echoed, and I could hear it from other rooms too. There wasn’t much light; I know it was on the top floor but I wasn’t told this when I booked.

Nothing good. The place was very dirty and there was no heating.

The location was good, parking was plentiful, and the room was a decent size. The outside bin was overflowing, and there were old chairs and a broken lawnmower on the front lawn. Carpets needed a deep clean. The rooms generally smelled stale and had dirt and hair on the bathroom floors. The room was basic. There was no staff present during the 3 days/2 nights we stayed.

The price was reasonable. There was no staff onsite. The room was not cleaned over a 2.5‑week stay. Breakfast was advertised as onsite, but nothing was available; it was basically self‑service.

The bed was awful, with one thin pillow each. The TV didn't work on our first night. The furniture and corners of the room were dusty. Small moths infested the bed, landing on me while I slept. The rail in the wardrobe kept falling down because it barely fit in the fixture.
