“Flooded first floor, no workers have been there to resolve the Whole first floor Mold and Mildew”

Who Owns this Studio 6 ??? The first floor is Flooded and Mold and mildew have set in in the last 4 weeks since it happened… The laundry facilities are on the first floor and I was told you don’t want to go down there. The Staff was very nice but they have no control over what the owner is doing or not Doing The staff doesn’t even have control over the one or 2 cameras on the property which is definitely not enough… Tina, Haley, Matt, Aspen are All good Kind People but Whoever owns this Property seems like he is a Slumlord… For the neighborhood This place should be Top Notch! It’s below anyone’s Standards I feel Sorry for the Employees They also deserve better working accommodations … CiecieK. Everything, The Employees very nice and kind and thoughtful… The Hotel is the Worst I’ve ever encountered and it has nothing to do with employees… It’s the owner Slumlord…

“Superior Comfort and Impeccable Standards”

We had a great weekend at Studio 6 Extended stay; the continental breakfast was wide-ranging, parking staff were helpful, rooms stayed spotless, and fire exits and safety instructions were clearly marked.

“I'm being charged for a room which I never checked in”

None. I booked this hotel Went there to check in & manager told me they don't have hot water & it has been going on for days & they don't know when it will come back. Manager said to contact & he will provide them with information regarding not having hot water , so I can get my money back. I called booking com & told them the issue about hot water & that I didn't check in. I paid $161.90 for 2 nights. After looking into the matter booking com did not refund my money & gave me a 10$ credit for next booking. I called the hotel & lady staff said my hands are tied & to dispute transaction with my bank. I set up a dispute with my bank, but did not get my refund. I have been tricked by charging me for services I did not receive

“You get what you pay for”

The location works and parking is plentiful, but the place is shabby and unclean. We had to wait for our room to be ready, though the staff was attentive. I won’t be returning.
