Nothing. I was expected to be there at 3.30. I was there on time, but nobody opened the door for me. I kept on knocking on all the doors in the facade and round the corner till 5.30. I kept on phoning the number I was given when my application was approved, and sending messages, but no reply whatsoever. I then had to seek accommodation elsewhere, paying 80 Euro for the night. This is terrible. There was also no possibility in communicating with Booking-com. I now expect to be reimbursed all the money I may have paid in advance, and to be given compensation for ruining my stay at Santa Maria Capua Vetere where I planned to see some archaeological sites before night. I hope that you will come back to me and that you will not only reprimand Matuta, but remove them from your list

Nothing positive. The noise from 22.00 until 02.00, finishing at 03.00.

The spot is gorgeous, but the wifi never worked and the staff never replied to our requests to fix it – a real let‑down.
